Refund policy

First adventure guarantee. Love your first adventure, or it’s on us. If your first envelope arrives and it isn’t what you hoped, email help@gothamgirl.nyc within 14 days of receiving it and we will refund that month. One refund per member, first envelope only. On a six-month or one-year plan, the first month’s share is refunded and the plan continues unless you also cancel.

Monthly plans. Because each envelope is written, packed, and mailed for you, monthly charges are not refundable once the month's envelope has mailed. Your first envelope is covered by the first adventure guarantee above. Cancel before your next billing date to avoid the next charge. If you were charged and cancel before that month's envelope mails, email help@gothamgirl.nyc within 48 hours of the charge and we will refund it.

Six-month and one-year plans. Prepaid plans may be refunded in full if you cancel before the first envelope of the term mails. After that, the remaining envelopes in the term are mailed and the term is not refunded. The first adventure guarantee above applies to the first envelope of the term.

Lost, damaged, or missing envelopes. We replace these at no charge. See our Shipping policy.

Duplicate or mistaken charges. Email help@gothamgirl.nyc and we will correct it within two business days.
