Who we are. The Adventures of Gotham Girl ("we," "us") is operated by Limitless Digital LLC, New York, NY. By purchasing a subscription at gothamgirl.nyc you agree to these terms.

The service. We mail a monthly envelope to the address you provide in a country we mail to, as described on our homepage and in our Subscription policy. Contents vary month to month. Descriptions on the site are illustrative; the keepsake in any given month is chosen by us.

Accounts and accuracy. You agree to provide accurate billing and mailing information and to keep it current. You must be 18 or older to purchase.

Billing and cancellation. Governed by our Subscription policy, which is part of these terms. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.

Intellectual property. The letters, cards, keepsakes, artwork, the Gotham Girl name and seal, and all text on this site are our property or used with permission. You may keep, display, and share what we mail you for personal use. You may not reproduce or sell it.

Faceless brand. Gotham Girl is the pen name of a licensed New York City sightseeing guide. We do not publish her likeness. All statements about her credentials are accurate.

Limitation of liability. Our liability for any claim related to a subscription is limited to the amount you paid for the affected envelope. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by the postal service, though we replace lost envelopes as described in our Shipping policy.

Changes. We may update prices or these terms with at least 30 days' notice by email to active subscribers. Price changes never apply to a term you have already paid for.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
