Shipping policy

Where we ship. United States addresses, including PO boxes, APO and FPO, and addresses in Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand.

Cost. Postage is included in the price you see. In the US, the subscription price includes shipping. Outside the US, the price shown in your country’s currency includes international postage. There is no separate shipping charge at checkout or on renewals.

When it ships. Every envelope mails on the 1st of the month by USPS First-Class Mail from New York, NY. Subscribe by 11:59pm Eastern on the last day of the month to be included; orders after that go out with the following month’s mailing.

How long it takes. Most US addresses receive their envelope within 2 to 10 business days of the mailing date. Outside the US, allow 2 to 6 weeks. Envelopes are letter mail and do not carry tracking.

Lost or late mail. US addresses: if your envelope has not arrived 14 days after the mailing date, email help@gothamgirl.nyc and we will send a replacement at no charge. Outside the US: give it 6 weeks from the 1st, then email us and we will send another. Envelopes returned to us as undeliverable are held until you confirm a corrected address, then re-sent.

Customs and duties. Envelopes are personal letter mail. We do not collect duties or taxes. If yours is ever charged at the border, tell us and we will sort it out.

Address accuracy. You are responsible for keeping your mailing address current. Email us any change at least five days before the 1st.
